Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have past since you received the product, we won't be able to offer a refund.Ā 
To be eligible for a refund the product must be in the same condition you received it. Unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.Ā 
NON-RETURNABLEĀ ITEMS:
  • Worn and/or washed clothing of any type, including shoes, socks, tights, beanies and bows
  • Sale itemsĀ 
PleaseĀ submit aĀ Returns Request within 14 days of product receipt.Ā 
We will assess your requestĀ within 3-5 business days and provide detailed instructions on the return procedure. ā€‹
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case of any issue, proof of return must be providedĀ in orderĀ to process a refund.Ā 
If your item has a fault thatĀ is not by any fault of your own, pleaseĀ submit a Returns RequestĀ to advise us immediately. Ā 
*Please note that shipping costs are non refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. We advise tracked delivery, as we do not guarantee receipt of your shipment. Ā Ā

REFUNDSĀ

We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. We can offer an exchange for any change of mind orders. Any exchanges must be made prior to the order being shipped and submitted via Returns Request.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original payment method.

We do not offer refunds on lost items or customer errors such as incorrect addresses and missing apartment/unit numbers. Please ensure your full address and email is entered correctly at checkout prior to completing your order.

Always keepĀ a return receipt until you have received confirmation thatĀ the returnĀ wasĀ accepted atĀ our warehouse.


EXCHANGES Ā šŸ‘—ā†”ļøšŸ‘—
We only replace or exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, pleaseĀ submit a Returns RequestĀ and we will organise a replacement. This does not include orders purchased inĀ the incorrect size due to consumer fault or for any change of mind orders.

SHIPPINGĀ šŸš¢
YouĀ are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item has been declared faulty by no fault of your own.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donā€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
