WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

Please allow up to 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed BEFORE shipping. 

Delivery for UK stocked items, takes 5-7 business days.
Delivery for globally stocked items can take up to 3-4 weeks. We use that time frame to take into consideration any potential delays during transit or from customs, which are unfortunately out of our control.
Please note: In order to speed up the delivery process some items are shipped directly from suppliers, meaning multi-item orders may be delivered in separate packages or may arrive on separate dates.

If you have not received your items 4 weeks after placing your order please email us hello@bargainfairy.co.uk. Our customer service team will provide you with a detailed status of your order or resolve any potential issues.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

For UK Deliveries a tracking number will be provided.  

For globally shipped orders we will always provide you with all progress updates provided by our suppliers.  However to provide you with the most affordable shipping, we do only offer basic standard shipping. This means our parcel tracking sometimes provides limited information. If you have any questions while waiting for your parcel, please do not hesitate to contact us by email hello@bargainfairy.co.uk

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in seperate parcels.

Please contact our team at hello@bargainfairy.co.uk if you require more information regarding your second parcel.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Once your parcel has left our warehouse it is then the property of the courier company chosen by our supplier.  We are not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, our customer service team will make their best efforts to locate your order for you and, if appropriate, refund or resend your order.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY PURCHASES?

Currently we accept payment by PayPal through which you can pay via Mastercard or Visa, you do not need a PayPal account to do this. We are working on adding further payment methods.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been completed on our webpage we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund your items.  After they have arrived, if you wish to make an exchange or request a refund, please see our returns policy for further information.
